General Terms and Conditions

 

1. Animals
   Only quiet dogs are accepted. A supplementary cleaning fee of 20 Euro is charged for a stay with a dog.
    
2. Rules of the house
   The official silence hours of the city of Badenweiler need to be respected, ie. Between 13 p.m. and 15 p.m. afternoons and after 20p.m. evenings. When leaving the apartment close and lock all the windows and doors. The heating is to be turned of on the radiator. The apartment needs to be returned in a tidy status but no need of a detailed cleaning.
    
3. Cleaning / Key deposit
   The renter must pay a cleaning fee of 25 Euro.
    
4. Guest contract
   A guest contract is concluded as soon as the apartment is reserved and confirmed. The reservation may occur by e-mail, fax or letter is committing. The confirmation may occur by phone, fax or Mail.
    
5. Cancellation must be done in a written way.
   The guest must pay the following fee in case of cancellation of confirmed reservation to the host (owner):

• Cancellation up to 14 days before rental date free of charge.
• Later cancellation 90% of the agreed rental fee agreed.
• Special COVID conditions in agreement with the owner. 
• After rental has started, when renter leaves earlier the whole rental fee need to be paid.
• Generally and even for rental longer than 2 months the total rental fee must be paid at once.
  
  The approximate arrival time must be announced in advance. The keys , as well as the necessary explanation is taking place upon arrival on site. The apartment may be entered on arrival day from 14h afternoon and must be left by 11h in the morning on departure date.
  
  The whole rental fee is to be paid latest on the day before departure. Further extension of the stay need to be announced and paid totally 24h in advance.
  
  The owner is must pay the renter the following fee and refund the already paid rental fee if he cancels the booking. The renter requests it in a written way:
   
• Cancellation up to 2 month before rental date 50,00 Euro.
• Cancellation up to 14 days before rental 10,00 Euro pro reserved nights, maximum 150 Euro.
• Later cancellation 10,00 Euro pro reserved nights, maximum 200,00 Euro
  
  The guest renounces explicitly to any further claims on the contract.
  
  
  The guest is liable for the damages he has produced in the apartment during his stay and need to pay the repair or exchange completely. The owner can not be made liable for short term failure of equipment or community supply, and so on… No price reduction may be obtained. The same is valid for act of nature without control.
  
  When an apartment key is lost the renter must pay 1500 Euro to the owner, because the entire security lock system need to be replaced.
  
  The owner has the right to change the furnishing at any time. The owner has the right to enter the apartment in short term for urgent repairs. The owner is not liable for the private valuables of the renter.
  
  The use of the ways, staircases, facilities, and swimming pool are at the own risks of the renter.
  
  In cases some of this text is erroneous of ineffectively formulated, in case of dispute the rule of good sense should be used.
